As AI answers changed how people discover, compare and trust businesses, I focused on making search and marketing expertise more testable. EZ Tools now includes focused diagnostics and workflow products such as the AEO/GEO Auditor, AI Overviews Mirror, Ads ROI Calculator and Dahongshu, while GPTSEO publishes practical research on AI search visibility.

The operating principle is consistent: diagnose before prescribing, connect AI to real data and handoffs, and retain human approval for material actions.

Studying company building in China’s innovation environment.

In August 2026, I completed intensive coursework in entrepreneurship and innovation at Zhejiang University’s School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This advanced study added a current China-market perspective to a career and education path built across Malaysia and Australia.

I established Easy Agency in 2020 and continue to direct the company today. The brand became EZ Agency / EZ AGENCY in 2024, operating through EZ AGENCY PTY LTD in Australia and 海南澳易行科技有限公司 in China.

The work developed from websites, SEO, advertising and content into productised diagnostics and human-governed enterprise AI implementation across Chinese- and English-speaking markets. In 2026, EZ Agency was named an Australian AI Awards Finalist in AI Innovator – Media and Communication Services.

MARKETING MANAGER & HEAD OF WEB DEVELOPMENT · LONDON

Operating marketing and web systems across four markets.

At Fintech Worldwide, I directed international marketing work spanning the United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong and Australia. The role combined search, social and executive-event channels with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, analytics and multi-property web delivery for a fintech media business.

Connecting product delivery with cloud infrastructure.

At WANNGI, I delivered CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS releases, implemented payment, coupon and subscription systems, and worked across AWS serverless infrastructure including Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudFront, Route 53, S3, Cognito and operational monitoring.

Building transactional systems for a national partner network.

At Parking Deals Australia, I led full-stack delivery across booking, payments, affiliate dashboards and Google Maps experiences. The work also covered production security, CDN and load-balancing improvements, plus integrations supporting accounting, booking and customer communications.

Building trust before building across markets.

I founded and operated EZOZ as a Chinese-language student information platform for international students navigating study and life in Australia. From 2017 to 2020, it connected practical information, student communities, service partners and offline activity. More than an early venture, EZOZ became the operating foundation for everything that followed: cross-cultural trust, content distribution, audience systems and company building across markets.

Turning technical foundations into systems leadership.

After graduating in Malaysia, I moved to Brisbane to continue my studies at Queensland University of Technology, and in 2019 completed a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Information Systems, with Distinction. The Information Systems major moved my focus from building individual features to designing how people, information, decisions and permissions work together inside an organisation.

Brisbane was also where study met practice. Alongside the degree, I founded EZOZ for international students in Australia and led web development at Parking Deals Australia — applying the coursework to real users, payments and partners. QUT later selected my founder story for its Science & Engineering Alumni Spotlight and international entrepreneur materials, and the Australian Computer Society invited me to speak on technology entrepreneurship in its Queensland State Conference career programme.

HELP UNIVERSITY · KUALA LUMPUR · BACHELOR OF IT (HONOURS) · HILTI IoT SEMIFINALIST

Building the technical foundation in Malaysia.

My formal technical education began in Kuala Lumpur. I graduated from HELP University with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in 2017 — the foundation in software, systems and delivery that every later role and venture was built on.

At HELP, the university entered Hilti’s international IoT prototype competition, and I teamed up with fellow students and professors to represent Malaysia. As Team LogiTrust (Team 38), we built a mobile app that pairs with a power drill over Bluetooth, shows its status and sends commands, backed by a cloud server for records — and reached the semifinal. It was an early lesson in turning an industrial problem into one working system across hardware, mobile and cloud.
