Technology is useful when it changes how work gets done.

Malaysian-born founder and technical executive. Builds companies, AI search platforms and growth systems across Australia, China and Malaysia—with formal technology education across HELP University and QUT, followed by advanced coursework in entrepreneurship and innovation at Zhejiang University. Australian AI Awards 2026 Finalist.

My practice sits at the intersection of technology, marketing and operations. I began with websites and online communities, then expanded into search, content, advertising and the systems that underpin customer acquisition.

My founder path began with EZOZ, a Chinese-language student information platform I built and operated in Australia from 2017 to 2020. It translated the complexity of studying and living abroad into useful information, community access and service connections—and became the foundation for my later work in cross-market content, trust, distribution and operating systems. Easy Agency followed in 2020 and became EZ Agency / EZ AGENCY in 2024. Today it operates through Australian legal entity EZ AGENCY PTY LTD and China entity 海南澳易行科技有限公司, with AI search visibility, practical automation and productised services delivered through EZ Tools and GPTSEO.

The objective is not theatrical AI. It is a business process that performs better — with clear evidence and retained human accountability for material decisions.

Education

I graduated from HELP University with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in 2017, then continued my studies at Queensland University of Technology and completed a Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems with Distinction in 2019. In 2026, I continued that path in China by completing intensive coursework in entrepreneurship and innovation at Zhejiang University’s School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Together, these chapters connect technical depth, systems thinking and company building across three markets.

How I work

I begin by mapping how work actually moves: the objective, inputs, decisions, handoffs, systems, permissions and evidence. Each step is then classified as human only, AI assisted or agent executable. A concrete artefact—an audit, workflow, diagnostic or focused tool—establishes the first proof before implementation expands.
