Technology is useful when it changes how work gets done.

My work sits between technology, marketing and operations. I started by building websites and online communities, then moved deeper into search, content, advertising and the systems behind customer acquisition.

EZOZ began as a way to help Chinese-speaking international students understand life and study in Australia. Easy Agency grew from hands-on digital work into a broader implementation business. Today, I am rebuilding that experience around AI search, practical automation and productized services.

My goal is not to make AI look impressive. It is to make a business process work better — with clear evidence and a human still accountable for the decision.

How I work

I prefer building something useful early: an audit, a workflow, a diagnostic or a small tool. That makes the conversation concrete. From there, I look at the whole system — data, permissions, people, handoffs, risk and measurable outcomes.
